Andrew McManamon was born and raised in Brighton, MI and currently resides in White Lake, MI. Andrew began his professional career as a manager at a retirement home where he found his passion to help people and make a difference in their lives everyday at a young age. He was approached by a few residents who explained how being a real estate professional would be a perfect fit for his personality. So with that being said, Andrew got his real estate license and is now helping people with their biggest financial decision’s every single day, and has been for years.

Andrew acquired a double major in Business management and marketing from Cleary University in Howell, MI. He was fortunate enough to play the inaugural season for Cleary's D1 ACHA hockey team, the Cleary Cougars, after not playing competitive hockey for nearly 5+ years, which truly depicts his extraordinary work ethic.

The combination of his experiences, perseverance and education allows him to take a strategic approach towards every transaction and help his clients make more informed and confident decisions. Staying atop of current market trends, and focusing on innovative marketing strategies, unmatched negotiation skills, and professional expertise has allowed him to better advise his clients and ensure their success in every situation.

Andrew truly believes that education is the key to anything in real estate, so he has taken the liberty of creating a YouTube channel, podcast, along with video and informative pieces on social media to better serve his clients.

In addition to his professional responsibilities, Andrew enjoys playing hockey, fishing, motorsports and travel.
